Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management and Project Management services to Eir for their recent office refurbishment and fit-out at 5 Dame Lane, Dublin 2, a listed building in the heart of Dublin city.
The project, situated within an existing office in the Dame Court Complex, required demolition and alteration works. Key elements of this high-end office fit-out included a new internal staircase, external fire escape, meeting rooms, and welfare facilities. New partitions and walls were installed throughout aswell as new suspended ceilings raised access floor and floor finished throughout.
