Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job title: Senior Quantity Surveyor

Location: Cork City Centre

Full Time Position

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably with a PQS firm

Skills required / About the role:

  • 3-5 years’ experience with a PQS / 3+ years’ experience in the construction industry
  • The candidate will be based in our Cork office and will work directly with a company directors
  • The candidate will carry out professional quantity surveying services or other consulting services for ongoing and future construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in an energetic and innovative working environment
  • Client focus and strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and PC skills, strong attention to detail, capable of managing pricing and estimating and preparing cost analysis
  • Ability to work across all construction sectors 
  • CostX experience is preferred

As part of a team, you will carry out professional quantity surveying services or other consulting services for ongoing and future construction projects.
