Scollard Doyle are providing Cost Management services to Circle VHA for their first direct construction project, a HwS project, in Richmond Place, St. Michael’s Estate, Inchicore, Dublin 8.
‘HwS’ – Housing with Support, is a new model of housing and care provision that will set a new standard for the future of housing provision for older people in Ireland. ALONE, the HSE, Dublin City Council, the Department of Health, the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage are all part of the delivery team for this project, which will be an exemplar for similar schemes in the future.
The Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage Darragh O’Brien TD and the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Caroline Conway attended the scheme’s ground -breaking ceremony on Oct 17th 2022.
