Scollard Doyle are providing Project Management and Cost Management services to Ireland’s first Motel One Development in Dublin 1. Construction works are proceeding at pace and the development is currently to second-floor level of this 7-storey building. The second delivery of bathroom pods have arrived to site and have been set in position on the floor plates.
When complete, the development will provide 310 hotel bedrooms in Dublin city centre. Motel One are one of Europe’s leading hotel groups, founded in 2000 they now operate over 70 hotels across Europe. Motel One are known for high-quality design with a focus on affordable hotel accommodation in prime inner-city locations.
