Marlet property group recently announced a €33m financing agreement with AIB for the ‘Walled Orchard Garden’ development in Dundrum. The development is located close to Dundrum Town centre and will comprise of one and two-bed apartments with roof terraces, extensive landscaping, car parking spaces and secure covered storage for 300+ bicycles.
The listed 1830’s farmyard buildings on the site will be fully restored and will be repurposed as the resident’s amenity buildings which will include a residences area, media suite and indoor gym. Plus Architecture are the Architects on the project, Scollard Doyle are providing full Quantity Surveying services.
