Scollard Doyle were Quantity Surveyors for the CAT B fit-out of a new best in class facility for the SEAI – Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland.
Located in Three Park Place on Dublin 2’s Hatch street, the office is across two floors measuring 2,350 sq m. Scollard Doyle prepared, issued and obtained the approval of stage forms to progress the project on schedule through all work stages from the preliminary design stage through to final account. The project was carried out under GCCC form of contract and in line with public works contract procedures ensuring optimum value and minimum risk.
