Work is progressing well at Dublin Landings on North Wall Quay, Dublin 1. This mixed-use development includes 70,000 sq m of commercial space.

When completed tenants will include WeWork, The Central Bank of Ireland and The National Treasury Management Agency. In addition to the commercial aspect, there will be 273 PRS apartments and 1,600 sq m of retail/leisure space which includes a café, restaurant and hotel.

The 2.35-hectare site, which wraps around the new headquarters of the Central Bank of Ireland, comprises 10 per cent of all development land available in the SDZ.
