Séamus is highly regarded by his clients and excels at developing collaborative relationships with design teams and contractors. Séamus is a passionate and diligent Chartered Surveyor with extensive experience of managing a diverse range of construction, refurbishment and fit-out projects from initial feasibility studies through to final completion and handover. Séamus has developed a keen appreciation of construction procurement and cost control over 20 years in the construction industry. He worked with a leading firm of construction consultants in Dublin before joining Scollard Doyle in 2017.

Séamus is a member of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Republic of Ireland.
