Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management services for the refurbishment and upgrade of landlord core and reception areas including, new bathrooms, lift lobbies, atrium stairs. The works also included the infill of existing terrace areas into the office areas with new facades and structural alterations at One Dockland Central.
