Scollard Doyle provided cost management services for extension works to the GEC. Work included a two-floor extension to the building and fit-out of the extended floors. Extension and fit-out to the existing reception area and the refurbishment and upgrading of existing floors including corridors, office space, canteen, WCs and shower facilities.
