DAA, Dublin Airport Authority is a semi-State company which owns Dublin and Cork airports. DAC is known as Dublin Airport Central and is the DAA’s dedicated organisation responsible for the development and delivery of capital works (non-airport related) on DAA owned land at and surrounding Dublin Airport. DAC Phase 2 comprises 2 x 128,000 sq ft Grade A Commercial Office Buildings including Cat A fit-out, a 187,000 sq ft 694 car space multi-storey car park, a Pavilion Café and the finishing out of the public realm. These buildings are located directly opposite Terminal 2. Scollard Doyle provided cost management services for all of DAC Phase 2.
