Alteration, completion and fit-out works to the Central Bank extended HQ at Mayor Street Dublin 1.
Works involved the construction of a new 100-foot-long glazed link bridge between the North Wall Quay Central Bank Building and the Dublin Landings 4 / 5 buildings on Mayor Street; segregation of the basement; infill part of the atria, new feature central atrium space with walkways, stairs, and lift for improved access throughout the building. Core finishes and completions included atrium walls, reception. BER A2 / BREEAM Outstanding.
