Avolon’s new global HQ located at Building 1, Number One Ballsbridge, Shelbourne Rd, Ballsbridge, Dublin, 4 is an iconic building that leads the way in workplace environments. The building comprises of approximately 7,500 sq. m of Grade A office accommodation and Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management Services for its Cat A and Cat B Fit-Out. The project took just under 9 months to complete.
The 7-storey building caters for 300+ employees and it is designed to the highest specification.
Building 1 enjoys a south-facing orientation and the 2.8m floor-to-ceiling glass ensures that the office space is flooded with natural light. The double-height light-filled atrium is home to a striking bespoke spiral jet pendant, a spectacular feature to admire on entering the building.
