Scollard Doyle provided cost management services for the refurbishment of 50 City Quay.
A key objective for this project was to increase the building energy rating. The fit-out project included glazing works, roofing, and cladding. Located in Dublin’s South Docklands, the refurbished space provides 4,600 sq. ft., over four floors.
