David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in Cost and Project Management. Before joining Scollard Doyle he worked as Head of Contract Administration with Meraas Holding; a Dubai-based developer where he had responsibility for managing a team of in-house commercial managers and external consultants in the delivery of a number of high profile multi-billion dirham mixed-use projects.

David is a proactive individual who actively engages throughout the project lifecycle to ensure professional and timely delivery on project objectives. He has strong leadership skills which combined with his collaborative approach and extensive experience make him a valuable addition to any project team. David has extensive experience and has successfully delivered projects in all major construction sectors including healthcare, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure & entertainment, industrial and civils/infrastructure.
