Scollard Doyle were pleased to have provided cost management, project management and contract administrator services for Ireland’s first Motel One hotel. The 310-guestroom property is located at the corner of Liffey Street and Abbey Street in Dublin City Centre.
The successful delivery of this project required a collaborative effort from the design team, Collado Collins Architects, Fitzwilliam Real Estate, Motel One Group and AFA Ltd. A big thanks and congratulations to the team.
