Successful delivery of a Life Science project in The Campus, Cherrywood, Dublin 18 for our client Spear Street Capital. The 30,000 sq ft shared lab and life sciences accelerator facility consists of 6 Main Laboratories, A Biotel Lab, 11 Starter Labs, 14 Offices, 3 Meeting Rooms, 2 Function Areas & Canteen.
