Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management and Project Management services to Spear Street Capital for the successful delivery of the extension and refurbishment of Blocks 7 & 8 at Founders District, Dublin 4.
The project included a new reception area, ground floor lobby fit-out, a new front façade entrance, and the refurbishment of existing bathrooms and lift lobbies.
The new front façade entrance extends over two floors adding 25 m2 to the floor area. The new entrance lobby and reception area is shared between both blocks 7 and 8 and includes two glazed meeting pods, perforated feature screen panels to the ceiling, timber cladding to the walls, and two tree structures in the waiting area, feature lighting, and new loose furniture throughout.
