Scollard Doyle provided Cost Management and Project Management services for the redevelopment of Belfield Office Park, Dublin 4.
The project included the significant extension, recladding and refurbishment of three, six-storey office buildings, which will provide open-plan modern corporate headquarter offices. Work took place on Blocks 1, 2 and 3 and included building extensions, a new façade, atrium, and fully refurbished cores.
Work on the Campus Masterplan scheme of the project involved the refurbishment of all external areas surrounding the buildings at the office park and the refurbishment office blocks. Providing functional and comfortable outdoor space to tenants was a key feature of the courtyard. Two meeting pods were installed, they provide a meeting room setting overlooking the exquisitely landscaped courtyard. The garden pavilion offers tenants a serene space to socialise, enjoy lunch and it is spacious enough to host events. Clever design uses three large structural trees to hold a lightweight glazed structure to provide shelter in a beautiful out of office setting. These recent works have modernised the campus internally and externally.
