The Guinness Enterprise Centre (GEC) is a world-class co-working space that is considered Ireland’s leading location for ambitious start-ups and scaling companies. Located in The Liberties area of Dublin city centre, this contemporary centre recently doubled its capacity, the expansion included a two-floor extension to the existing building and the fit-out of the extended floors. The team are delighted to have recently achieved practical completion.
This state-of-the-art development provides stylish, modern, and spacious office space and can now accommodate 160+ start-ups with 750 employees and a further 220 co-working companies.
