Refurbishment and landscaping works are coming to an end at Belfield Office Park, Beech Hill Road, Dublin 4.
Originally built in the 1990s, these recent works will modernise the campus internally and externally. Works include new landscaping, stepped access, and increased natural ventilation to the underground carpark. A new covered seating area in the west courtyard and new meeting pods. The refurbishment and extension of blocks 1, 2 and 3 will include a new façade, atrium, and core.
The Masterplan scheme involves the refurbishment of all external areas surrounding the buildings at the office park and the refurbishment of Blocks 7 and 8.
