Walter Scott House, a new state-of-the-art building on Military Road, Dublin 8 was completed in 2022. Home to the new Garda Security and Crime Operations centre for The Office of Public Works the building will provide essential infrastructure for the delivery of national policing and security services.
The project included the construction of a 19,335 sq m 6 and 4-story office building including a central atrium, office space of over 10,000 sq m, and basement car parking for 220 cars.
