Scollard Doyle provided cost management and project management services to SEB Life International for their recent office refurbishment works in the Bloodstone Building, Dublin Docklands, Dublin 2.
We were requested to undertake an initial feasibility costing exercise and were then appointed to support the team with contract execution and post contract delivery. The refurbishments formed part of SEB’s wider office upgrade works.
