The Irish Stock Exchange restoration and refurbishment works took just 17 months to complete. Located in the heart of Dublin’s city centre, the multi-million-euro development links two adjacent buildings to create a single campus. The project included major demolition and alteration enabling works, an extension to floor area, change of use to multiple areas and extension and remedial works to the existing basement. Delicate restoration work was required on this project to ensure that the character and integrity of the historic buildings remained intact.
