Ballymore and Diageo have partnered to open the gates at the icon St James’s site in Dublin 8, creating a new urban quarter in the city.
The mixed-use development will include residential, commercial, leisure, and public spaces. The dynamic urban district is set to become the first operational zero-carbon district in Dublin.
