Scollard Doyle are providing cost consultancy services on a new-build social housing development in Tallaght, Dublin. Across two adjacent sites, Fernwood Green and Maplewood Heights will provide Clúid Housing with much-needed housing stock. In total the development consists of 40 one- and two-bedroom houses, as well as substantial open space and public realm.
