The job involved the strip out of existing installations to shell and core and reinstatement of full Cat A and Cat B fit out.
The refurbishment and fit-out of the EY Cork office space included hot-desk workplaces and a honeycomb furniture system. The conference facilities boast sliding and acoustic partition a specialist AV system with video conferencing. The staff kitchenette and seating areas provide functional and comfortable space for EY employees.
This Fit-Out project was completed in 21 weeks and EY employees remained working, unaffected by the works on site. The project involved stripping out of existing installations to shell and core and reinstatement of full Cat A and Cat B fit-out. 1,300 sq m (14,000 ft²)
