Scollard Doyle are providing full quantity surveying and project management services for UCD’s landmark Future Campus Phase 1 development. The project marks a significant and transformational project in the development of the Belfield campus. It will allow UCD to realise a long-term ambition to create a more welcoming and engaging entrance at the primary entry point to the University while facilitating growth and improvement of educational facilities.
The Future Campus Phase 1 proposals will ensure that development occurs in a considered, sustainable and coherent manner. The development will present a modern, open and welcoming face to the University and communicate the ambition of UCD and its significance at this location (within Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council), the city and beyond.
