Colin is a highly motivated and diligent Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying Qualification. Colin’s expertise in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying has allowed him to work on some high-profile projects including Green Acre Grange apartment scheme, The Shelbourne Hotel and Bewley’s of Grafton Street.

Since joining Scollard Doyle in 2014 Colin’s keen sense of commercial acumen and meticulousness attention to detail has resulted in the successful delivery of major construction projects in many sectors, including residential, hospitality and leisure and fit-out.

Colin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
