Scollard Doyle are providing Project Management and Cost Management services to Paul Sheeran Jewellers for the fit-out of their new store just off Grafton Street, Dublin 2. The jewellers’ new premises will consist of 7,000sq ft, on the ground floor of a new Chatham & King retail development in the city centre.
In line with global industry trends and a first for the Irish market, a number of brand-specific watch brands will have their own ‘boutiques’ within the retail development including Cartier, Breitling, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Panerai, Hublot, Tudor and TAG Heuer.
This retail format will enhance customer experience and will bring premium watch buying to a new level in Ireland. Completion of the fit-out project is due before the Christmas period 2022.
