Scollard Doyle are providing Cost and Project Management services for the construction of Ireland’s first Motel One Hotel.
Designed to reach seven stories, the building structure has been completed and internal fitout works are proceeding at pace. The project due is due for completion in 2022.
When completed the development will provide 310-hotel rooms in this prime Dublin city centre location. The project due is due for completion in 2022.
