Scollard Doyle provided cost management services to the Office of Public Works for the demolition of Hawkins House, Dublin 2. The project consisted of the demolition of the 12-story structure located on the corner of Poolbeg Street and Hawkins Street.
Built between 1962 and 1964, Hawkins House was the first of a set of buildings on this block, other buildings on the block include Apollo House (1969), the Screen Cinema (1972), and College House (1974).
Hawkins House and associated structures on the site have now been demolished to ground level making way for the redevelopment and regeneration of the area.
