Job title: Cost Manager

Location: Cork

Full-Time Position

Skills required for the role:

  • 2 years + experience required
  • The candidate will be based in our Cork office and will work directly with Senior Management in Cork and Company Directors in Dublin
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
  • Experience with a PQS firm preferred
  • The candidate will carry out professional cost management services or other consulting services for ongoing and future construction projects
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously in an energetic and innovative working environment
  • Client focus and strong client relationship management skills
  • Excellent communication and PC skills, strong attention to detail, capable of managing pricing, estimating and preparing cost analysis
  • Ability to work across all construction sectors
  • CostX experience is an advantage
