In recognition of their contributions to the development of Scollard Doyle, David Johnston and Colin Mallon have been promoted to Director and Associate Director, respectively.
David joined Scollard Doyle in early 2019 as Regional Director. David is a Chartered Surveyor with over 27 years’ experience in Cost and Project Management. Before joining Scollard Doyle he worked as Head of Contract Administration with Meraas Holding; a Dubai-based developer where he had responsibility for managing a team of in-house commercial managers and external consultants in the delivery of a number of high profile multi-billion-dirham mixed-use projects. David has successfully delivered projects in all major construction sectors including healthcare, residential, retail, hospitality, leisure & entertainment, industrial and civils/infrastructure.
Colin is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor with a Mechanical & Electrical Quantity Surveying Qualification. Colin joined Scollard Doyle in 2014 and his progress in the company reflects his dedication to providing a first-class service to his clients. Colin’s expertise in Mechanical and Electrical Quantity Surveying has allowed him to work on some high-profile projects, including Facebook, Green Acre Grange apartment scheme, The Shelbourne Hotel and Bewley’s of Grafton Street. Colin has successfully delivered projects in all major construction sectors including residential, hospitality and leisure and fit-out.
