Great progress is being made on-site in Belfield Office Park, Beech Hill Rd, Dublin 4. The first two floors of steel are now installed. The Development includes three six-story HQ office buildings. Situated less than 2km from Dublin City Centre the development enjoys a superb location with proximity to Clonskeagh, Ranelagh and Donnybrook. Scollard Doyle are Quantity Surveyors for the project.
Excavation works are now complete on the Motel One development site in Dublin 1. Located in the city centre the development site was created by the amalgamation of nine properties. The construction of the basement and rising elements are now nearing completion in-line with the programme.
