Work has now commenced on a new hotel site in Dublin’s city centre. Facing onto Liffey Street and Middle Abbey Street, the 310-room development will be Ireland’s first ‘Motel One’ hotel. ‘Motel One’ is a boutique hotel chain with over 70 hotels across Europe.
Planning permission for this development was granted in August 2018. Following the demolition of a number of buildings, construction of the 7-storey height building over basement includes the hotel and public bar. Scollard Doyle are providing full QS services.
