AIB’s new Corporate Headquarters is located in one of Dublin’s most sought-after locations in Dublin’s CBD. Standing 7 stories high on the corner of Molesworth Street and South Frederick Street, Dublin 2, this new building boasts c 11,500 sq. m of modern, Grade A office space. The project began with the demolition of the existing building in this city-centre location to make way for a double basement, substantial roof terraces private gardens and extensive roof terraces at the fourth and fifth-floor levels. Scollard Doyle were pleased to act as Cost Managers for the fit-out of AIB’s new Headquarters.
