Scollard Doyle provided full Quantity Surveying services for the recently completed ‘Terenure Gate’ Residential Development in Terenure, Dublin 6. Comprising of 51 units the development has a mixture of houses, duplex houses and apartments. We provided full Cost Management services from initial feasibility studies through to final account closeout for each phase of the project.
The development comprised of the construction of 28 No. Houses, 11 Duplex Houses with 11 No. Apartments underneath, refurbishment of an existing Gate Lodge building and associated Siteworks over two separate phases. All units are A-rated with passive house principles to reduce energy demand including superior levels of insulation and high-performance double-glazed windows. The external facade is a mixture of render and brick with attractive granite window sills and sash windows.
