Scollard Doyle are Cost Managers for the extensive refurbishment works currently underway at Bewley’s Café on Grafton Street. First opened in 1927 the building is a listed historic structure, inside and out.
The €12 million city centre renovation involved restoring many of the buildings original features, historic façade and bringing back to life the 6 decorative Harry Clarke windows.
The ground and mezzanine level opened for business on November 1st 2017 accommodating 250 customers. Another 250 seats will open in January on the first floor followed by The Bewley’s Café Theatre which will open in March 2018.
